The Alaminos City Water District, headed by General Manager Ms. Michelle S. Segundera, formally welcomed the delegation from Norzagaray Water District during their benchmarking visit on January 14, 2026, at the ACWD Training Room, Pogo Office, Alaminos City, Pangasinan. The visiting team, composed of engineers, finance personnel, members of the Technical Working Group, and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), conducted the activity to study ACWD’s GIS-based Asset Management System. The benchmarking visit provided the Norzagaray Water District team with a detailed overview of the system’s functionalities, including its role in asset inventory management, monitoring, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency. The session facilitated knowledge exchange on best practices and innovative approaches, highlighting the value of technology-driven solutions in enhancing water utility operations and supporting informed decision-making.
